Our vision for CombiniCo was always to elevate people’s experiences of food and beverage in St Andrews. We see CombiniCafé as a natural extension of that vision. We want our customers to experience the best of Korean and Japanese tea and coffee in a beautifully minimal and sleek environment. The 600 year old Grade-B listed building that we meticulously restored features original sandstone architecture that we’ve been able to respect and preserve while still creating something entirely new in the process.
Alongside a unique range of organic tea and coffee products, we’ve designed a custom-fit patisserie that will showcase the best of freshly baked pastries, tea-infused breakfast pots, sandwiches and salads each morning. What’s more, every single product in CombiniCafé is either plant-based or vegetarian. We invest in our community through our Community Baking Project, where local customers who are passionate about baking can contribute their talents to create interesting and exciting new products in our kitchen.
This commitment to simplicity and experience and focus on quality and environmental consciousness is something we’ve always cared about at Combini. CombiniCafé represents those ideas in their purest form yet, and we’re so excited to share it with the rest of our community.
