What is a Production Team Member?
Combini is looking for a responsible, communicative and passionate individual to help make our fresh foods items from scratch each day. Production Team Members work closely under the supervision of our Production Leaders to prepare our products whilst adhering to detailed instruction manuals and strict health & safety guidelines.
Combini's Production Team is responsible for ensuring that our full range of products is available to our customers throughout our opening hours, while maintaining high standards for product quality and appearance. An individual who is a strong communicator, has great attention to detail and thrives in a fast paced environment would be an ideal candidate for this role.
As a production team member, you’ll enjoy a pay above NMW, special discounts on partnership events and staff discounts on all CombiniCo products.
Experience
Experience in the food industry is not required. All training will be provided by CombiniCo on site.
Requirements
- Be willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Have a passion for CombiniCo’s products, values and cultural roots
- Be willing to work both weekdays and weekends
- Commit to at least 10-15 hours per week
